Mandriva Middle East
As the Exclusive Middle East Platinum Partner, Sahlan Telecommunication FZC operates as Mandriva Middle East representing Mandriva Linux in the entire Middle East region. Sahlan serves both the corporate market (enterprises, government organizations and educational institutions) and the consumer market.
On the consumer side, Sahlan distributes and customizes the following Linux distributions: Mandriva One, the light, easy to use and safe free distro, Mandriva Free, the pure GPL free Linux distro, Mandriva Powerpack, the complete and customizable distro for the power user and Mandriva Flash, the mobile desktop USB key. Free products are available for download from the Mandriva-ME site. Commercial products are available through Mandriva-ME's electronic store, in retail stores and through regional partners.
On the corporate side, Sahlan helps large and medium size organizations to migrate to Linux, thanks to the Mandriva Corporate Desktop and Corporate Server products, and helps them administer large number of machines thanks to the Mandriva system administration tool, Pulse. Sahlan provides to its corporate customers Mandriva Linux technology, products and services, including: consulting, customizaion, localization, training and support.
